Strategy grounded in how the business actually works.

Pursivant gives executives an experienced, independent partner to clarify complex priorities, align the organization, and build the discipline required to deliver measurable results.

Important priorities need more than a recommendation.

Organizations rarely lack ideas or effort. Progress slows when priorities compete, accountability is unclear, decisions cross functional boundaries, or execution disappears beneath daily operations.

Pursivant was created for those moments. We bring strategy, governance, operating structure, and execution together so leaders can make better choices and move important work forward.

The objective is not simply a plan. It is greater clarity, stronger alignment, visible ownership, and a practical system for sustaining progress after the engagement ends.

Robert Ford, founder and managing partner of Pursivant Strategy Group

Robert Ford

Robert brings more than 26 years of experience across strategy, growth, technology, business development, complex deal execution, organizational alignment, and enterprise transformation.

His career includes leadership and advisory roles with Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, and operating companies. That experience gives him perspective from both sides of the work: helping executives define the direction and helping teams turn it into practical execution.

Based in Houston, Robert founded Pursivant to give leaders a direct, experienced partner who can clarify the path, create the necessary structure, and remain engaged as decisions become action.

Experienced judgment connected to practical delivery.
